The Wilt Chamberlain Memorial Fund hosted an online auction recently. Thanks to your generosity, we were able to raise more than $22,000 to help the scholarship program’s goal of supporting its scholarship recipients to help overcome the financial barriers of a college education.
Founded to honor the life and legacy of Wilt Chamberlain, The Wilt Chamberlain Memorial Fund Scholarship Program is available to high school seniors residing in Philadelphia, Bucks, Delaware, Montgomery, Burlington, Camden, and Gloucester counties to help further their education at a four-year college or university, two-year community college, or vocational school. Recipients are selected based on several criteria including academic accomplishments, financial need, and their embodiment of Wilt Chamberlain’s characteristics of hard work and dedication to serving others.
